These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the Psychic Fever tour ticket information.
By purchasing your ticket, you give consent to this event’s Terms & Conditions. Please review it before completing your order.
[AGE RESTRICTION]

No minor under 16 will be permitted into the venues unless accompanied by a responsible adult (parent/guardian). ALL parents and guardians will need to have their own General Admission ticket for entry, and the same VVIP or VIP package ticket if the minor has a package ticket as well.

The parent/guardian cannot participate in the event without having the same ticket types as their minor. If the parent/guardian does not have their own General Admission ticket, they will not be admitted to the event. If the parent does not have a VVIP or VIP package and their child/minor does, you will not be admitted to the event venue during the priority/secondary access.
[ENTRY AND TICKET POLICY]

A valid form of photo ID may be required upon entry. If you're using a benefit package ticket that someone else bought for you, please ensure that they provide the correct name at the time of downloading the tickets, as the name will be associated with the ticket.

If you need to update the ticket name on your ticket, please reach out to our customer service team at help@sokollab.com using the email you used to make the order so that we can verify that the request is genuine.

We will not allow bags larger than A4 size into the venue.

All ticket holders will be subject to security checks upon entry. Refusal to be searched may deny you entry into the venue.

Benefit package holders who are late may not be permitted to participate in the fan engagement activities, and in some cases, you may be denied entry into the show (subject to venue policy).
[FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY]

You agree by the use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any livestream or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued.

No professional cameras or filming equipment is allowed inside the venue. This includes cameras with detachable lenses, DSLRS, polaroids, disposable cameras, selfie sticks and tripods.

Personal filming and photography on phones or any other device is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during fan engagements (VIP/VVIP/Selfie Session), however you can film and take photos during the main show. Staff will inform you once the photography ban is lifted.

By purchasing a ticket or attending this event, you consent to you being filmed and photographed at this event. You grant permission to Sokollab and the third party organisations sponsoring, presenting and/or producing the event for which the ticket is issued, to use your image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video for which this ticket is issued, in perpetuity, domestically and internationally including in all media now known or hereafter devised.

In line with LDH’s fanclub guidelines, the artists will not be allowed to accept any gifts or letters at this event, there will be no exceptions.

[REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES]

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once your tickets are purchased with the following exceptions:

If a cancellation is requested (to help@sokollab.com) within 24 hours of the tickets being purchased and at least 48 hours before the corresponding ticket event date. We are not responsible for the cancellation if your email has not been delivered to help@sokollab.com before the cancellation deadline.

Tickets bought for an event that is subsequently cancelled by Sokollab

Tickets that you want to upgrade from VIP to VVIP (subject to availability). Tickets upgraded in this way will not be eligible for cancellation requests.

Failure to contact help@sokollab.com within 24 hours of placing your order will make you ineligible for ticket cancellation

In the event that a concert is cancelled, Sokollab will issue a refund automatically to the ORIGINAL payment method used to make the purchase.

We will communicate all information about the refund process and status via email to ticket holders who purchased directly on sokollab.co.uk or sokollab.com

If you purchased your tickets through a reseller, Sokollab is not liable and cannot help you. We do not authorise the sale of our tickets through any resellers and will not be able to help with you with refunds or transfers relating to tickets sold indirectly for this event.
[POSTPONED / RESCHEDULED EVENT AND ALTERATIONS]

If a tour or concert is postponed, all tickets will carry over to the new rescheduled and corresponding concert dates. Tickets cannot be cancelled at the time of the postponement announcement however we will open a limited refund window to tickets that were purchased through Sokollab directly. This will be communicated nearer the time to emails used to place the orders with us and additionally through our social media. If you miss this information this does not entitle you to an extended refund window. Once the refund window is closed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Performance or session times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, however Sokollab will notify via social media if there are any major changes.
[MISSED OR LATE FAN ENGAGEMENTS]

If you miss or are late for fan engagements, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility to check the ticket inclusions, emails and social media to ensure you are onsite in good time to be checked in. This will give you the best chance to be ready for your fan engagement experience. We recommend you view the event timeline once it is published nearer to the event date, and plan accordingly.
[SELFIE PHOTOS AND GROUP PHOTOS]

If you purchased a selfie ticket from us, and the photo is blurry or too dark, please inform the staff member BEFORE you leave your place in the queue for this session. Once the session has ended we will not be able to help you retake the photo.

Please note that you will not be liable for any refund unless granted at the discretion of Sokollab.
[ADMISSION]

Venue management and Sokollab reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
[LIABILITY]

You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. Whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. You voluntarily agree that the venue management facility, Sokollab, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") are expressly released by You from any claims arising from such causes, other than liability for death or personal injury caused by the Released Parties' negligence.
[PRIVACY]

Sokollab is the data controller for all personal data collected, including data relating to your purchase of tickets but excluding payment card data (i.e. the sixteen digit card number, expiry date and three digit security code), and reserves the right to make changes to these policies from time to time to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements and for any other legitimate and lawful purpose.

These terms of purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any actions or claims under these terms of use and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; provided that nothing herein shall prevent the application and enforcement of mandatory and applicable law. If any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
