What are loyalty points?

Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts online and in store. Loyalty points are rewarded to you for shopping, referrals, and for completing loyalty program challenges.

How much are loyalty points worth?

The SOKOLLAB loyalty points exchange rate is 100 loyalty points per £1 discount code.

Example: exchanging 550 loyalty points will get you a £5.50 discount code.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

There is a "redeem" button within the loyalty widget which allows you to enter the amount of loyalty points you want to redeem and displays the coupon codes for the loyalty points you have redeemed. The minimum amount of loyalty points that can be redeemed is 100.

Do my coupon codes expire?

Yes, unused coupon codes generated from loyalty points will expire 30 days after redeeming the loyalty points. The loyalty points will not be returned to your balance if the coupon expires.

Do my loyalty points expire?

Yes, loyalty points expire 2 years after they were gained. After expiring, loyalty points will be deducted from your balance and cannot be exchanged for discounts.

What is game score?

Game score is a points system which is used to calculate which loyalty account tier you are in. You are awarded game score when you make purchases, as well as referrals, and completing challenges.

What is game score decay?

On November 1, 2024 the 12 month game score decay rule came into effect and any game score gained over 12 months ago will not be counted towards your loyalty tier.

Will my loyalty points from the old loyalty program be transferred over to the new one?

Yes, everyone's loyalty points were transferred over to the new loyalty program on 26/04/24.

Will my fame score from the old loyalty program be transferred over to the new one?

Yes, everyone's fame score has been transferred over to the new loyalty program and has been converted into game score on 26/04/24. 

How do the loyalty tiers work?

Your loyalty account tier is calculated by your game score gained within the last 12 months. Each tier has different perks and rewards. You get game score for shopping at SOKOLLAB as well as from completing the loyalty program challenges and referrals. Game score gained over 12 months ago will "decay".

How much loyalty points and game score do I get when shopping at SOKOLLAB?

For every £1 you spend at SOKOLLAB, you will receive 1 loyalty point and 1 game score.

How much loyalty points and game score do I get for referrals?

For each person you refer through your refer a friend link you will receive 50 loyalty points and 50 game score. For it to count as a valid referral, the person who signed up through your referral link will need to complete a purchase with a minimum value of £10.

Am I automatically entered into the monthly raffle each month?

Loyalty members who are in the gold tier or higher and make a purchase during the month are automatically entered into the month end raffle draws. Gold members get 1 raffle entry, platinum members get 2 entries, and diamond members get 3 entries. Your entries do not multiply if you make more than one purchase during the month.

Can I earn loyalty points and game score from shopping in store or is it just online?

You can earn loyalty points and game score from shopping both in store and online. You can also redeem your loyalty points for discounts when shopping in store.

SOKOLLAB Rewards Monthly Raffle Terms & Conditions

You must have a loyalty account with us in the Gold tier or higher during the month of the draw, and make a purchase on our website or in store during the month of the draw to be automatically entered. You must supply a UK delivery address for the prize within 60 days of us contacting you by email. If we do not hear back from you we will keep trying to make contact until the 60 day period is over, then your prize will be forfeited. If there are any issues or restrictions affecting the chosen prize, an alternative prize will be offered at our discretion. No cash equivalents for prizes will be given.
