Where do we ship?

We ship to the UK and most of Europe:

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Republic of, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (19 of 20 regions), Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine

Switzerland is no longer available on this website due to changes in revised Federal Data Protection Act (revFADP) which came into effect on 1st September 2023.

 

We do not currently deliver outside of the EU & UK.

There are certain items that we are unable to post outside of UK.

This list may be subject to individual product restrictions or temporary changes at short notice.

 

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders out in 1-3 working days (where the order does not contain preorders). Delivery times depend on the courier service used for your order.

Orders to the UK usually take 2-5 working days to arrive, and orders to the EU can take slightly longer. All orders are sent with tracking so you can track your order’s whereabouts.

Please note that delivery is not guaranteed within these timeframes and can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations.

Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland and Europe will usually take a little longer to arrive.

 

Who do we ship with?

Royal Mail and DPD are our main couriers.  The courier used depends on each order as the weight, destination, item size, restrictions on goods and other factors need to be taken into account.

 

What happens if I order preorder items with non preorder items?

We will wait till all the items are available (the preordered item needs to arrive into our depot) before dispatch of all items together.  If you wish for a quick dispatch of the in-stock items first, please do order them separately from any preorder items.

 

What UK shipping services are available?

We use Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services from Royal Mail, and in some cases DPD Next Day Parcel service.

We try to keep these shipping costs low, and our pricing takes into account the courier charges, our packaging costs and warehouse costs to support these deliveries. 

Prices may be different for Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey.

 

How will my order be sent to Europe?

All items will be sent using DPD or Royal Mail International tracked service at our discretion. 

Orders under 2kg are usually sent with Royal Mail Tracked, and orders over 2kg with DPD Classic Tracked. Prices will vary by country.

Please allow 10 working days for delivery after dispatch. Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact your local sorting office to ensure they are not holding it for you. Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item missing until 20 working days has passed as they say it can still be delivered until this time. Replacements for undelivered orders won't be possible until after this time.

Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.

 

Who is responsible for customs and import tariffs for parcels sent to non UK destination?

From January 1st 2021, the Brexit transition period for the UK and Europe will end.  Parcels dispatched from our UK base to addresses in Europe MAY incur customs / import tariffs to the destination country.

Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.  The responsibility for these charges lies with the recipient in the destination country.

 

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email notification to let you know when your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders out in 1-3 working days (where the order does not contain preorders).

 

Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver your order due to no one being home, inadequate help available, refusal of goods, inaccessible address, unsecure drop-off location, or order cancellation during transit, you will be responsible for any return or redelivery fees.

For instance, if a DPD driver attempts delivery unsuccessfully for reasons unrelated to courier error, we will not refund the shipping fee. Reshipping the parcel will incur an additional delivery charge. If you request order cancellation after a failed delivery, we will refund the order minus the initial shipping cost.

 

Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Please contact us by email or through our contact page and we will do what we can to help.

For Royal Mail deliveries, check your local sorting office for uncollected items. If it's missing, we'll follow their procedure for lost parcels.

For DPD orders, we can use their online system to track and trace.

For European deliveries, uncollected items returned to us will be refunded minus postage costs. Items aren't considered missing until 20 working days after dispatch, but this may change based on Royal Mail or DPD guidelines.

 

Help! I have received the wrong item or damaged item in my parcel, what should I do?

Please contact us by email or through our contact page and we will do what we can to help.

It is important not to open any items that are unwanted, as this affects our ability to return them to stock and reduces the options for resolving your issue. 

For items sent incorrectly or damaged we aim to exchange or fully refund when unopened and in resalable condition. If we don't have this option available we will discuss the other options with you.

 

My order was cancelled when I did not request it. Why?

Unfortunately in some cases we may need to cancel orders if we are unable to fulfil due to stock error, supplier shortage or damage when goods are received at our warehouse.  We try to minimise these situations but it is possible to occur.  We will try to offer a resolution as best we can, but if we cannot fulfil the order we will need to cancel and will fully refund any payments made where appropriate.
