* 15 - 17 Aug: 11:00 -19:00 BST
* 19 Aug: 12:00 - 19:00 BST
* 20 - 24 Aug: 10:00 - 20:00 BST
* 22 Aug (Concert Day): Extended hours until 23:30 (BST)
*26 Aug - 28 Sep: 12:00 - 19:00 BST

* The pop-up store will be closed every Monday

Queue & Admission

* The pop-up store is walk-in only, with no reservations required. Entry will be in the order of arrival.

* Before opening, please follow staff instructions and queue in the designated outdoor waiting area.

* Leaving the queue, cutting in line, or disruptive behaviour may result in denied entry.

* Chairs, tents, and similar items are not permitted while waiting.

*After the store opens, entry will be guided in sequence based on the queue order.

* For customers with accessibility needs: Please inform a member of staff once you get to the pop-up venue, they'll direct you to a separate accessibility queue.

Terms & Conditions

STORE POLICY

By entering the <ENHYPEN POP-UP in LONDON>, visitors are deemed to have agreed to the following:

* All merchandise and event giveaways are available in limited quantities and may sell out early.

* Food and beverages are not allowed inside the pop-up space.

* Entry of animals is prohibited except for assistance dogs.

* CCTV recording is in progress to ensure the safety of visitors and staff.

* <ENHYPEN POP-UP in LONDON> is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring inside the venue.

* Photos and videos may be taken at the venue and may be used for promotional purposes on official social media or other media platforms.

* Commercial filming without prior approval is not allowed.

PURCHASE POLICY

* Payment methods accepted: Credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay only. (Cash payment is not available.)

* Please check the condition of the products before making payment.

* Purchase quantity may be limited by item for certain products. Please check in-store for details.

* Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

* Non faulty exchange items must be unopened, like new conditions with all original packaging and subject to availability.

* Non-factorial refunds will be at the discretion of the retailer.

* If the item you want to exchange is sold out, it may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value. If the new product is more expensive, the price difference must be paid.

* Exchanges require staff approval and may be denied in the following cases:

- Signs of use or wear

- Missing or damaged labels/tags

- Damage caused by customer negligence

* For event giveaways, minor dents, scratches, or press marks of 5mm or less are not considered defects and cannot be exchanged or refunded for such reasons.

* The final decision regarding exchange and refund eligibility rests with the pop-up operations team.
