UK Mainland Orders

For the best chance of receiving your UK mainland parcel before Christmas (excluding pre-orders), we recommend placing your order by Wednesday 17th December at 11:59pm GMT.

Please note:

• Orders will only be dispatched once all items in your order are in stock.
• Pre-orders will ship once the stock arrives at our UK warehouse.
• Please check the estimated dispatch dates on pre-order product listings before placing an order, as these items may not arrive before Christmas.

UK Non-Mainland & International Orders

We recommend placing orders as early as possible, as we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas for these regions.

Christmas Period Processing Times

Due to holiday closures, our processing schedule will be as follows:

• Orders placed 23rd–26th December will begin processing from 27th December 2025.
• Orders placed 29th December–1st January will begin processing from 2nd January 2026.

Please note that orders containing pre-order items will only be processed once stock is ready at our UK warehouse. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on each product listing.

London Store: Special Holiday Opening Hours

Our London store will operate with adjusted hours over the holiday period:

• 24th December (Christmas Eve): 11am–4pm
• 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed
• 26th December (Boxing Day): Closed
• 27th–30th December: Regular hours
• 31st December (New Year’s Eve): 11am–4pm
• 1st January (New Year’s Day): Closed
• From 2nd January onwards: Regular hours resume
