Pick Up From Store
Corona Virus Update 19/03/2020:
- Please note that we are not going to open the physical London store for trading from Sunday 22nd March 2020. Therefore the LAST opportunity (for now) to pick up your orders will be Friday 20th March 2020 and Saturday 21st March 2020 from 12-6.30pm.
- We will be closed from Sunday 22nd March 2020 onwards until further notice.
- If there are any orders not collected by this time we will seek to offer a postage option. If this is not possible, we will issue the refund and return your order item to stock.
- We have now stopped accepting any more new orders with the Pick up from store option and only accept Shipping.
- If you have a pending PREORDER with the Pick up from store option, we will be in touch soon to discuss options with you.
- We understand that there may be some confusion over this, and ask you to please bear with us as we try to sort through the many issues at hand.
- If you need help with a specific order just drop us a message and state your order number where applicable.

General Pickup Policy:
We offer a Pick Up In Store option at our London location.
For all orders placed with us online as Pickup, please await an email to confirm your pickup is ready. It usually takes us a few days to transfer stock from our offsite location to store. If the item is available to reserve from store, there may be a possibility of instant pick up.If your pickup order is not collected within 3 weeks of the ready date, we will attempt to contact the customer to agree collection within a reasonable time frame. If we cannot contact or arrange this, we will reserve the right to issue a refund and return the order items back to stock.
